Before my stroke, I was living a normal and stable life. I had a job that helped me support my family—paying for bills, tuition, and daily needs. But everything changed the moment I suffered a stroke. It wasn’t just my health that was affected—it felt like my whole world turned upside down. I lost my job, and with it, the stability my family relied on. The most difficult part was not just recovering physically, but also trying to figure out how to move forward.
By joining your group (PIN - Project Inclusion), I’m taking a step forward—hoping not only to find a job, but to rebuild my life with dignity. I’m ready to learn, to grow, and to prove that even after the hardest battles, we can still rise again. Thank you for giving me hope.
I would like to sincerely thank you for your help and support in finding a job. I am grateful to Project Inclusion Network for the opportunity. I’m very happy to be part of Frankie’s New York Buffalo Wings and I’m truly enjoying my work. I’ve learned new things and made new friends.
It was not an easy journey because it took me 5 months to look for another job. Not until last May of this year I discovered Project Inclusion which gives hope to us PWDs. Up until now the feeling is surreal that I couldn't believe that I will still have a job but also a security for survival. Being a PWD is not an easy situation since opportunities are scarce in our sector. However, Project Inclusion (PIN) paves the way to finding PWDs a decent livelihood.
