To start off, kindly make an account on this website, then upload your resume and complete the other necessary information for your profile.
Afterwards, please wait for PIN to get in touch with you to set-up your assessment interview. Through this assessment, PIN will be able to know more about your skills, experiences and preferred work conditions (ex. schedule, location, uniform). Based on this information, PIN will match your experiences and skills with any of the available job openings with our partner companies who are currently hiring or have shown interest to hire Persons with Disability.
It is also encouraged to join PIN’s Facebook Community for Jobseekers to keep you posted on ongoing job hirings, to register in active skills training opportunities, and to connect with fellow jobseekers.
Please see Our Process to know more about how we support the employment of Persons with Disabilities.
Don’t worry, it’s possible to find a job even without a college degree! All you need are skills, and of course, the willingness to work and try out different roles.
When looking for a job, PIN encourages you to continue building on your skills to increase your chances to find work and for PIN to help you find a better job match. If you have no work experience yet, try applying for on-the-job training (OJT) to familiarize yourself with the world of work.
Always continue to search for ways to increase your experiences and learnings. Be sure to regularly visit PIN’s social media pages, the Facebook Community, and this website to see ongoing skills training programs for Persons with Disabilities.
Please note that the time to process your application varies. This mainly depends on (1) your skills and preferred work conditions, and (2) the availability of job openings in our partner companies. In addition, there are a number of applicants lined up to be scheduled for assessments and interviews. Rest assured that you will hear from us as soon as there is an available schedule for you.
Sometimes we can find available jobs within one month, but other times it takes as long as one year. Please see Our Process (link to “”Our Process””) to know more about how we support the employment of Persons with Disabilities.
We ask for your patience as we work together in finding a job for you. Please know that we really make an effort to match your skills with the available jobs, but at the same time, we highly encourage you to continue applying in different companies and to keep developing your skills.
