The Empower pillar focuses on activities and efforts that will equip Person with Disability jobseekers with the right tools to become active participants of society and advocates of their community.

The Enable pillar consists of promoting disability inclusion in businesses who are willing to train, hire, and support Persons with Disability.

The Engage pillar aims to tap and gather like-minded organizations that work together to further advocate for Persons with Disability.
Project Inclusion Network (PIN) established the Education for Economic Empowerment Program, which provides financial assistance, peer support, and professional mentorship to students with disabilities. Here are some of the scholars who went through the program that helped them in their academics and in their career readiness.
Being a scholar of PIN for the past three years has made a remarkable impact on my life. The program supported me not just financially, but emotionally and mentally as well. It gave me hope and motivation to continue pursuing my education despite my health challenges.
The mentorship program gave me valuable insights from professionals who guided me in applying my skills to real-world situations and developing a clearer career direction. I’m deeply thankful to PIN and DBG for believing in my potential and for inspiring me to give back to others in the future.
This scholarship has provided not only financial assistance but also the motivation to pursue my studies with dedication and purpose. It eased the financial burden on my family, allowing me to focus on my academics and personal growth. I am truly thankful because this opportunity opened doors I once thought were out of reach. It supported not only my education but also my dreams.
As a totally blind student, this scholarship changed my life. It lessened my anxiety and worries about how I would provide for my school needs, especially in my third year. I was able to buy assistive devices and focus more on my studies. Through my mentorship sessions, I gained confidence in managing my time and was inspired by my mentor’s perseverance to chase their dreams. They taught me that after college, life is just starting—and I feel ready to face it.
