This Website is operated by Project Inclusion Network (“PIN”) (hereinafter referred to as “We”, “us”, or “our”), a Philippine-based non-stock non-profit organization that envisions a nation where Persons with Disability are afforded with the equal opportunity to realize their full potential, and empowered to participate and contribute to the growth and development of society.
These Terms of Use set out your rights and responsibilities as a visitor and/or user of our Website and Services. By registering or using any of our services, including all associated features and functionalities, websites and user interfaces, as well as all content associated with our Services (collectively, the “Service”), or accessing any content or material that is made available through this Website (“Content”), you are entering into a binding contract with PIN.
Upon your first use of our Website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms of Use, accept them in full, and agree to be bound by them. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

As each country has differing laws, by accessing this Site both we and you agree that the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to the conflict of laws principles thereof, will apply to all matters relating to these Terms of Use.
You accept and agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mandaluyong City, Philippines in respect of any dispute or difference arising out of and/or in connection with these Terms of Use.
